Refund and Cancellation Policy

For your convenience, we offer a 30 day full refund window on the Extended Service Contracts program. Note that we process all refunds manually, and requests for refunds must be submitted through our order cancellation form.

Details about refunds

Refunds will process in 7-10 business days from the time we receive the order cancellation form submission, and the refund will go to the original payment method used to place the order.

Please be sure to fill out all available fields on the cancellation form. This will help us be sure that we have the correct order on our end, and will allow us to locate the correct service contract to be removed from our database.

Partial refunds

To cancel after the initial 30-day window, please submit your cancellation request through our order cancellation form. You will receive a pro-rata refund based on the time expired, less the cost of claims paid, if any, and a cancellation fee.
